The Mail Company incorporates Sergi González to boost its digital business unit
Sergi González Martín has joined The Mail Company as Head of Commercial Operations and Digital Business Development, a newly created position, with the aim of promoting the company’s new Strategic Plan in its firm commitment to maximizing its capabilities in terms of consulting, technology and turnkey projects in the field of digital transformation of document logistics for large companies.
In this task, González will be in charge of defining the differentiation strategy and the go-to-market strategy and supervising its correct execution on a day-to-day basis, as well as leading the definition of the company’s digital solutions and products, ensuring their correct commercial introduction in the market. His goal: to boost The Mail Company’s digital business to reach 50% of the company’s global turnover in three years. For this, González will work with a digital business unit that has more than 20 professionals in different roles, such as software development, project management, operations and management.
With a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the UPC and University College London and a master’s degree in Business Administration from ESADE, Sergi González brings more than 20 years of experience in the world of consulting, technology and software, leading project teams, consulting, presales and sales teams in various countries of Spain and Latin America.
